The book opens with a young woman tanning on the sand as the beach is just beginning to wake, and closes later beneath the disco ball of a nightclub. Between these two moments unfolds a series of summer stories, made up of gestures, details, and small rituals offered to the reader.
The whole is conceived as a temporal loop, in which each scene seems to call for the next, and in which the day could begin again endlessly: “I wanted each photograph to follow on from the previous one, as if gently pulling on the thread of a holiday memory and bringing the whole summer with it.”

Dawning Presbyopia
First large-format release of the Dawning Presbyopia series. Alexandre Morelli selected half a dozen images and turned them into posters to be browsed as one would read a newspaper.
